• One of the Company’s priorities is the observance of complete independence in decision-making, the inadmissibility of conflicts of interest and other conflicts between the Company, its staff and clients in the process of certification activities…
• The company undertakes to comply with the following requirements:
– conduct certification activities based on the principles of independence and objectivity in relations with clients and partners;
– to conduct effective activities for the prevention, maximally complete detection and settlement of conflict situations, including those related to the conflict of interests and violations of the principles of the Company’s independence;
– avoid making biased decisions that may call the Company’s reputation into question and discredit its staff and clients;
– immediately react to the manifestation of bias in decision-making and eliminate the reasons that make the Company dependent on the adoption of one or another decision in its activities;
– to prevent a conflict of interests when performing certification activities at the level of the Company and full-time or part-time staff of the Company;
– carry out its activities under the control of the Impartiality Committee*, taking into account the comments of the Impartiality Committee when planning the quality management system;
– to be guided by the decisions of the Dispute Resolution Committee when receiving appeals and complaints from the Company’s clients and any other interested parties.
*The Impartiality Committee is made up of representatives of various international organizations that have an equal influence on its decision-making. Each of the members of this Committee represents one of the components of a balanced representation of interested parties (Stakeholders) – social, economic and environmental issues.
