Policy in the field of certification and expert activity

The company carries out its activities in accordance with the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Business Societies” and other legislative acts of Ukraine.
The company operates in accordance with policies and regulatory documents based on ISO/IEC 17065-2019, ISO/IEC 17021-1:2017.
In the field of certification activities in the FSC® system, the Company is based on FSC® regulatory documents, including FSC-STD-20001, the FSC® Charter, policies, guidelines, standards, procedures and other regulatory documents required for application by accredited Accreditation Service International (ASI ) certification bodies. The Company’s certification system is carried out under the control of the ASI accreditation body, which guarantees its compliance with international requirements imposed by FSC®, as well as its constant improvement.
The company strictly adheres to the legal rights and interests of FSC® and complies with all FSC® requirements for the use of FSC® trademarks (Licence Code FSC™ A000547). The company supports and promotes the development of the FSC® mission. This is achieved by supporting ecologically responsible, socially oriented and economically profitable forest use.
