Principle of activity of Legallis LLC

Independence is the exclusion of any influence on Legallis LLC that may call into question the objectivity and accuracy of testimony and conclusions in the process of certification activities of regulatory bodies.

Impartiality – the auditor’s mandatory absence, when making a decision, of financial, property, related or any other interest in the affairs of the organization being audited, relationships exceeding the relationship defined by the contract for the provision of audit services, as well as any dependence from third parties.

Confidentiality – ensuring non-disclosure of received information without the consent of the audited organization, with the exception of cases provided for by legislative acts of Ukraine.

Openness to cooperation – the readiness of Legallis LLC to cooperate with partners regardless of geographical, social, economic and other conditions.

Openness – information about all projects of Legallis LLC is always available to all partners and any other interested parties.

Competence – the obligation to possess the required amount of knowledge and skills, which allows the auditor to provide professional services in a qualified and high-quality manner.

Objectivity – the obligation of impartiality and not being subject to any influence when considering any professional issues and forming judgments and conclusions.

Credibility is the use of information about aspects of the production activity of the audit object and the formation of an audit conclusion based on it only from verified sources.

Professional behavior – compliance with the priority of public interests and the auditor’s duty to maintain the high reputation of his company, refraining from actions incompatible with the provision of auditing services and capable of reducing respect and trust in the auditor’s company, harming its image.

Liability of the auditor in the case of detection of an unqualified audit, which led to losses for the economic entity, the auditor may be charged for re-audit costs.

Responding to appeals – Legallis LLC implements the procedure for considering appeals and complaints about the quality of certification from its clients, as well as any other interested parties.
